I can’t express enough how great it was to work with Tom Jessop and New American Funding. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with and very accommodating. This is my third home purchase and due to the housing market was the longest and toughest purchase to do. If it wasn’t for Tom I probably would have gave up. With multiple loan restructures throughout this process Tom was always on top of everything. He had an answer or solution for every hurdle and was always eager to help. An absolute professional with great communication skills. I honestly don’t want to purchase another home without him in my corner.

Tonya and her team did a great job of walking me through the whole financing process from the preapproval through the closing. They were able to work with the sometimes limited data I was able to produce for them and did what it took to get me to the finish line. Tom pulled a miracle for us!!! We live in a customer service world but you haven't seen a real customer service if you haven't worked with Tom. He was referred to us by a friend and we will continue spreading his name as well. He shopped for the best rate for us without us asking, he was the one who kept everyone calm and always stayed in touch with our realtor, always available for any question with thorough answer and always ready for a solution for every challenge that was thrown at us by the lender. Honestly, I dont think anyone else besides him was able to get us the loan we got. Bottom line if you want to work with someone that treats you like his own family work with him.
