I loved working with Cross Country Mortgage. They were really helpful, anytime we had questions (no matter big or small) CCM was willing to get on the phone with us right away to help address our questions. We were first time home buyers and they really took the time to explain the whole process, what to expect, what not to expect, things to look for. They are the best and we cant thank them enough!

Lucas was excellent and professional , He explains all the steps in detail, Lucas goes above and beyond in customer service and he cares about you, it's not just about numbers for him, I contacted several lenders and Lucas was special, very knowledgeable about loan mortgages and he is a great human being, also the team he works with is excellent, they help you with all the steps, I highly recommend Lucas and New American Funding
