My experience with Cliff Saunders was outstanding. I went to Guaranteed Rate after frustration with the slow response of my credit union to a loan application. From start to finish, Cliff had the loan approved in about 30 days. Every call I made to Cliff was returned immediately. Every question was answered clearly. I haven't encountered many businesses which have put such an obviously high priority on communications, followup and customer service. Highest recommendation possible.
