As a first time home buyer, I had no idea how the loan process works, the terms, let alone the nitty gritty of all the paperwork. Early on I had tried to use US Bank, I submitted all the forms they requested, but they were largely unresponsive and requesting documents I had already submitted. But Gary worked with me every step of the way, explained everything in a easy to understand manner, and got me a great loan (even in this rough market.) Not only did he tell me everything I needed on my part, he went above and beyond to help me all the way up to the closing on my new house. Best of all was his customer service. Working nightshift means I’m not easily available in normal business working hours, but Gary still personally worked with me around my wacky schedule and helped me secure my new home.

The process proceeded so smoothly, it almost felt as though I was purchasing an item on my amazon prime account. ?? The entire process was done in less than three weeks because they were on top of every single detail and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt as though I had a personal concierge service finding excellent rates on everything from insurance to home security.
