I was referred to Brian Augustine at Guaranteed Rate from one of his previous clients, and I am glad we took the recommendation. Brian and the team did an excellent job with our re-financing. We had some unexpected hoops to jump through with IHDA and the team was very responsive and got everything resolved with a minimal delay.
