Brian and his team worked with us on a second refinance after a great experience a few years ago. Once again, things could not have gone any smoother. The team communicated clearly and were prompt and responsive with all of the steps, and obtained a low refinance rate + closing cost credits. The Guaranteed Rate website made it super easy to upload documentation and most signatures were done electronically. With COVID, they have made even more signatures electronic, so the closing agent / paper signature process was < 15 minutes at our house and the closing agent followed all COVID protocols.
