I was referred to Brian by a friend who recently re-financed and had nothing but wonderful things to say about his experience/transaction and now I am here to gladly refer him for all your Mortgage needs. Brian took a process that I am very intimidated with and made it very understandable and seamless. I initiated the process by sending Brian an e-mail and a call was quickly scheduled to talk through my request. I came into this conversation asking for 1 thing and walked away understanding so much more about the re-finance process and within about 10-15 minutes post call, I had a quote in hand via e-mail that helped me make a very educated decision that was different from my initial interest. The process from start to finish took exactly one month, most of the process has moved to an online platform and I found it incredibly easy and felt very confident my information was secure. There were many check points along the way that kept me informed about steps I needed to action or about where my loan application was in the process; any questions I had were quickly addressed. The closing time was scheduled around my availability and from the comfort of my home. Due to the ability to view all docs and to even sign a few in advance online, the actual closing process took about 15 minutes. Brian and team really made me feel confident and kept me in the know and my information secured every step of the way. For all of these reasons, I am incredibly happy with my experience and highly recommend Brian and his team.
