This was my first time buying a home and the Houstonian Mortgage group made it very simple. They were there with me every step of the way. They were quick with their responses, informed me of different possibilities, and made sure I was comfortable with the deal I made! There is not enough good things I could say to fully express my appreciation and gratitude for Brian Augustine and his team. We started working with them a couple years ago when unfortunately our credit was not where it needed to be. At this time Brian could have forgotten all about us and moved on to the next person. But he didnt. He stayed in contact with us, making sure we were staying on track. Two years of hard work later we were approved for our first home loan. At the end of it all, I felt as though Brian and his team truly wanted this for me and my family. We werent just a loan number or a paycheck. They ALL genuinely cared about us and our future. Aside from all of that, they made the overwhelming and confusing process of home buying a breeze! I even had a question late at night one night and Brian called me, sicker than a dog, but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. Amazing customer service!! Would use over and over again!! Thank you Brian and Team!!
