We had a great experience with Brian funding our first home purchase. From the beginning, Brian was extremely responsive and engaged in our interests, concerns, and timing. I do not think that I waited more than 30 mins for a phone call or email response to any question during the entire process. He and his team work very well together and keep you informed throughout the process. Most importantly, they work quickly! I was a total financial disaster when I swallowed my pride 4 years ago and called to speak to a friend of a friend about buying a house. Ruby was so understanding and make me feel like it was possible for us to achieve home ownership. She supported us, gave us guidance and kept our spirits up through our credit/debt clean up.
