Chasten was recommended to us by a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier. Chasten met with us early to breakdown the whole buying process, what we were looking for, and our budget. He took care of everything quickly was super responsive anytime we had questions, and explained every step along the way for us. He’s even followed up to make sure our move went well, and sent us a letter congratulating us on our new home. We will definitely be returning to Chasten next time we need to meet with a lender!!

Chasten was incredible to work with. His knowledge on general finance, loans, and the housing market was impressive. I am self-employed with seasonal income, and Chasten gave me tons of options on how to reach mine & my wife's goals on purchasing a home because of my income situation.

Working with Chasten has been amazing. Communication is very important in general but it's especially important when purchasing a home. Chasten understands this and has no problem keeping everyone informed on the status of the loan process. He keeps the buyer and buyer's agent up to date on where we are at and he even communicates the milestones to the listing side. Chasten has even put in extra time and effort on some transactions that had some hiccups due to other parties involved. Definitely a lender I would like to work with from either side of a home purchase.

Chasten is by far the best lender I have worked with. As a real estate agent, I have worked with many lenders. Chasten pulled together a deal of mine that another lender turned away, and he even got it done early! He knows the down payment assistance grants inside and out and has been able to qualify many of my clients, who thought that homeownership was not possible. Cannot recommend Chasten enough!

Casten has made the whole process so stress free. He kept us informed on how the loan was coming a long. He walked us through every step, explained in detail and answered any questions we had. If i could give more stars i would! Chasten is a sincere lender who genuinely looks after his clients. He ensures he gives multiple options that will fit your situation, properly providing education on the homebuying process but he never pressures you to sign anything. This is why for years he has been my trusted choice because i know im more than just a number or $$$ but a mother and wife and our family looking for our dream home in this vulture driven market.

I can surely say he is the best in town. He makes the whole process looks like so seamless and quick than you can even imagine.
