Jeremy found the best option for a loan for us. he understood that the monthly costs were really important to our family and recommended changing the loan type to save us money on the monthly costs. He did what was best for us, not what was easiest for him. On top of all this, Jeremy was affected by flooding and still worked towards getting our loan closed on the anticipated close date!
