Steve was great!.. answered allllll my questions which was very nice. He followed up with me and explained anything I asked about. It was definitely a memorable experience??! It was my first time so it was a lot to understand and a little overwhelming at times. So yes I wish there was a little more communication about when i should have moved the funds from my 401 but again that's just because it was all new to me. They needed information from you and you needed proof from them.... that was overwhelming!! I wish I rec'd the class information for the 1st time buyers program a little earlier bcuz there was a lot of information to go thru and I would have liked more time to process thru it. Overall both officers were nice and very much appreciated!!! I thank you so much for everything!! I have received a lot of information that I will be able to use going forward and I am grateful!
