James, Sarah, and team were absolutely phenomenal. Any questions I had, they would answer them and they would answer them promptly. James had to wait almost 6 months to help me get this transaction going due to our situation, and he was right there ready to answer me even during the six month waiting. We had a closing date of 20 days and he got it in 23. I looked around for better deals on rates, monthly payment, insurance, and I couldn't find anyone else who was cheaper. The NAF concierge helped me get homeowners insurance, and also called me about all of my utilities and what is in my area. I’ve dealt with other large companies before for a mortgage and if we ever sell our home, buy another, or refinance, we will be going back to James.
