This was my third mortgage, and one of a few dozen mortgage companies I've worked with, and Tanya was the only one who provided what I had always wanted: customer service. With other companies, I was a number on an assembly line, and I had to be the one making sure everything was getting done. With Tanya, she actually discussed my options with me, gave me recommendations, and helped educate me along the process. I never had any concerns that Tanya wasn't looking out for my best interest.
