This was by far my smoothest real estate transaction to date due to the wonderful team at Movement Mortgage (Tanya Brinson, Laura Gonzalez, & Wendy Simmers)!!! The communication even prior to issuing a pre-approval letter to my client was quick, informative, and helpful in determining which homes and areas would work for this client's budget. They were ahead of every timeline and received a Clear To Close 15 days prior to the settlement date! I've never had that happen before! The communication kept me informed of every step of the process, and the email sent by Tanya a few days before closing was very detailed - explaining to the client when her first payment would be due, how much it would be, and what to bring to closing. Then when Tanya & Laura showed up at closing, it was like a huge celebration for this client! From start to finish, I was impressed by their work ethic, timeliness, and professionalism! I would wholeheartedly recommend this lending team to any of my future buyers! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
