Tanya always takes her time to explain options in a polite and uplifting way. There was another movement loan officer that I talked to in 2020 and he was very condescending and made me feel that I would never be able to afford a mortgage. Tanya got right down where I was and gave me the steps I needed to do to get me on the right track. I always recommend her to my friends.
