Tanya presented me with the loan options that I qualified for and explained them to me . She took the time to listen to me when I told her what payment I wou be comfortable with and she let me know which price range I would need to stay with for that amount. She also got me down payment assistance which helped with my loan options. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and has a great personality that makes her easy to talk to.
