Dianne is knowledgeable with financial planning and guided us by step by step in the process to successfully purchasing our home. Excellent communication and followup with her and her team. The flash close was very helpful in showing us how the closing would work and helped ease our worries of the purchase. We got an amazing interest rate and we are beyond appreciative of all their work. Working with Dianne has been a great experience for me, she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. This was my first home purchase and I went in completely blind but Dianne walked me through the process and I learned a lot from her. I highly recommend her to everyone that is in search of a home!

Dianne is so profesional, she was always trying to help us , since day 1, She promise that she can handle any type of home loans , we need that it was difficult but she delivers all the promises, we are so happy in our new home! She had to work so much. She even call us after hours from her office asking for more paperwork from us...we were so surprised of her interest in have it done!Dianne is a nice lender. We like her so much , almost as family! We are so thankful, and we will send her more clients for sure, she is professional and always told us what to expect from the loan. Dianne and her Team were amazing in getting my closing done on short notice and on time. I had no idea of the amount of documentation needed even for even a relatively small loan but Sean was especially helpful in walking me through all of the details we needed to close the deal. I was always kept informed of the progress of the deal by Sean and he never failed to reply almost immediately to any text I sent with the answer to my question. All in all, it couldn't have gone any smoother!!

Dianne and her associate Krys did amazing work with getting me the loan for my first home. In December 2018 I found out I would be relocating to San Antonio from Panama City because of Hurricane Michael, and I was able to close on the house in mid-January. I arrived in town at the end of January and was able to walk right into the perfect home for me. Every step of the way, Dianne and her team explained everything in great detail and made sure that there were no surprises about anything. They responded very quickly with all of my questions, and being my first time buying a home there were a lot! The entire process was as close to being stress-free as buying a home can get. I give my highest recommendation to using Dianne as a lender, and I feel incredibly lucky that I found such a high speed team!
