Dianne and team made this transaction the easiest home purchase ever! I have worked with three other lenders in the past and I knew from the first conversation that I was in good hands. From that first call to our last, she was always easy to talk to. Text or email, she was always fast to respond. My loan was clear to close sooner then expected and I attribute that to her knowledge of the industry, her professionalism, and her down right no nonsense character! Dianne and her team are THE BEST when it comes to getting approved for a house loan. I went through one "Which I'm not going to name" They couldn't do the trick. Dianne and her team stepped in and within under 2 months I was approved and closed on my house. She worked tirelessly morning and nights even weekends including late Sunday nights getting things situated. I want to thank her and the team for everything they have done. We had an unusual situation and had been “preapproved” by three different lenders only to be told we weren’t approved after all. Our real estate agent sent us to Dianne and after we explained the situation she told us what everyone else had told us, that they could get us financed. Dianne worked on our loan and kept us informed every step of the way. She got our loan approved and we just closed on our home! I just wish we had gone to Dianne first!
