Dianne is the best Loan officer, so patient, always on top of things, she will responded to text and emails withing minutes, explain evething step by step. My realtor never had any problems on getting the pre-approval letter (and belive me, we ask for so many), she will send it right away. She goes above and beyond for her clients, even give us tips on how to get a better credit score for my huspand credit to help the rate go lower. I really enjoyed working with her, and I will recommend her service's to family and friends. Thank you again Mrs Dianne for help us to get our dream house, looking forward to work with you again. Dianne and her team did an amazing job from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was beyond helpful and I felt secure the entire time. Dianne answered all of my calls and emails. Her team was on top of my loan to make me feel like I was their only client. I was skeptical of trying for a loan but I'm so glad i followed through.
