As a retired Air Force veteran I moved around a lot, and never purchased a home. So as a first time homebuyer I was nervous but when I tell you that Dianne was by my side the entire time is an understatement. She checked on me daily even when I had personal issues, she personally walked me through the process. Along with Ashley my realtor they made it a seamless process and made sure I was taken care of. I officially bought my new home in 2024 and I can most definitely say all of this happened because of Dianne. The builders lender could not get me approved and Dianne got it done immediately, she walked me through everything that needed to be done and comforted me when i felt confused. No questions are ridiculous, she’s always got the right answer. If I had to buy my first home again, it would be most definitely be with her.

If I could give Dianne 10 stars I would. She went above and beyond and even outside of what her duties were to do everything possible to help my wife and I get the home we wanted. She not only helped with our loan but helped us with some financial advice to make sure we keep the home in the long run. Despite the numerous obstacles we faced with the buying process that were not on our end, she helped guide us through. There’s not enough good things I can say about Dianne but from our family, we are grateful to have had her help us.
