Dianne was extremely helpful. A few years ago I talked with her and a Brackettville realtor about possibly buying a house. Dianne told me what to do and how to do it to get my credit scores where they needed to be. We followed her advice and got better scores. I made the mistake of going to Quicken Loans because of all the hype. I ended up having to offer and pay more than the seller accepted because Quicken told me I needed to spend more for them to loan me money!! Then Quicken made it impossible to work with them. I had to pay more because of the contract we had signed if I wanted the property. Quicken is the WORST lending company. I was lucky enough for Dianne and her team to be qualified to work with REAL people and not work off a script. Please don't waste your time and money going anywhere else. I will always recommend Guaranteed Rate as long as Dianne Steffey is on their team!! Thank you for letting us buy our dream home and I wish I would have gone to you in the first place I would have saved almost 10,000.00 dollars. Please dont make my mistake. Thanks again.

My wife and I were really excited to finally get the chance to purchase our first house, however, we did not know that our process would go the way it did. It was such a stressful process. We had gone through three loan officers and all of them basically told us that it was nothing that they can do for us .Then our realtor connected us with Diane. In our minds we thought that it was a dead end because if the other three loan officers were not able to help us then nobody would be able to help us, however Diane Was confident the entire time which in turn made us confident. So through much Stress and anxiety worrying and frustration, Diane was able to close the loan for us against all odds.
