Dianne is the best Loan officer, so patient, always on top of things, she will responded to text and emails withing minutes, explain evething step by step. My realtor never had any problems on getting the pre-approval letter (and belive me, we ask for so many), she will send it right away. She goes above and beyond for her clients, even give us tips on how to get a better credit score for my huspand credit to help the rate go lower.
