Dianne has been with us for both our home purchases. When we were younger and getting into our first home, she guided us from day one with CLEAR expectations, CLEAR directions, and No Fear as we had more than enough! SECOND time around was a few weeks ago! Again, she went to bat for us in so many ways. She knows this industry and gave us so much comfort during this process. Any issues that came up thru the builder, and or title, she knocked down! I was informed at all times of what was going on, what was needed, and where we were headed! Dianne, her work ethic, her drive, her passion, AND HER HEART…. got our family into our brand new, beautiful home ! I can honestly say with out her, I don’t knot what would’ve happened ! My situation required a lot of documentation and it would have been a better experience if I had a comprehensive list of the required documents in the beginning; however, the loan was approved and I am happily enjoying my new home.
