Dianne has been with us for both our home purchases. When we were younger and getting into our first home, she guided us from day one with CLEAR expectations, CLEAR directions, and No Fear as we had more than enough! SECOND time around was a few weeks ago! Again, she went to bat for us in so many ways. She knows this industry and gave us so much comfort during this process. Any issues that came up thru the builder, and or title, she knocked down! I was informed at all times of what was going on, what was needed, and where we were headed! Dianne, her work ethic, her drive, her passion, AND HER HEART…. got our family into our brand new, beautiful home ! I can honestly say with out her, I don’t knot what would’ve happened ! I will NEVER use anyone else !!!! She has been a Godsend to our family and off we ever but again, she will be our first call !!God Bless Dianne !!!

Dianne goes beyond what I have seen anyone else do across any profession. She is available always and gives everything to her clients. Even when she shouldn't she takes the time to respond, when she is sick, or on personal time, at crazy hours, etc. Her work ethic and determination to get the job done is commendable. I am grateful and thankful to all her due diligence, thanks to her I have learned so much about real estate and the home buying process. Thank you for having Dianne Steffey around to work with, I could not imagine working with anyone else. I actually would not work with any other Branch Manager out there anywhere, on any deal, no matter what, and that is a true and sincere statement!
