As first time home buyers Dianne was available for us often and answered our questions right away or as soon as possible either by zoom, phone call, or text. Her transparent communication style really helped ease us through the process of home buying and I would recommend her to anyone who was also purchasing a home especially for the first time. She was perfectly respectful, professional and a joy to work with. She really did an amazing job helping make our home purchase possible from getting prequalified to closing! She’s super knowledgeable and really helped us not only through the process but with finding different programs and selecting the one that would be the most beneficial to us. She is a research pro! We will be using her services again when we decide to refinance our home.
