On occasion I would send paperwork to the processor and have to then add more information that seemed very redundant. I've never experienced having to write a note saying that I was not renting in my handwriting! Also a note from my mother who I have been living with that I am not paying rent. It just seems very unprofessional and that is where I feel that this company has fallen short. Brian Smith was very responsive trying to get answers to my questions.
