Once Kendra got involved, things drastically improved with the loan process. Prior to her, things were very frustrating, rocky to say the least, and there was an extreme lack of communication. Kenda is the only reason we stayed with the company in the process of this loan. She also went out of her way and sent us a very unique gift when the home purchase was finalized. She needs to be rewarded by your company for her hard work.
