First time home buyer, working with Kendra was great! Kendra said, she can close fast and that's a plus for us. Easy to esign everything through your protal. If I didn't understand something she was there to help in anyway, step by step. I would recommend her to anybody that needs a home loan. One HAPPY home buyer!!??

Kendra was a MAJOR factor in my offer (in a 6 offer situation) being accepted and I can never thank her enough. She worked on a Sunday with my realtor to provide everything needed to get a clean succinct offer submitted and I'm convinced had I gone to any other lender this would not have been the case. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical when I was referred to a lender outside a big bank by my realtor. I had done some research on lowest rates and was convinced at the end of the day I would be offered a significantly higher rate or outrageous hidden fees. I'm ecstatic to say not only was I able to secure an EXCELLENT rate but the overall experience was actually - somewhat enjoyable? Kendra was extremely patient and walked me through everything. She made sure I understood and even though I walked into it with more than 20% to put down she was able to provide me other options to keep more money in my pocket. Overall Kendra was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone and plan to go to her first for future lending needs. Everyone needs a Kendra.
