From day one Kendra was a fantastic person to work with. She had me at ease throughout the process and adequately explained things that I had difficulty processing. She has proven to be dedicated to her task while simultaneously performing dudiligence for the lender and me the borrower. I originally found Cardinal Financial through the Zillow Mortgage-Rate search feature. Shortly after filling out my info I was contacted by Kendra Lamanna, as well as several other LOs from several other companies. From our very first interaction all the way through closing day, Kendra was nothing but polite and helpful. She encourage me to shop around if I needed to in order to feel comfortable on the 'deal' (rates & costs) that Cardinal was presenting. Our sellers were in a rush and asked us for a 28 day close ... GASP. I thought, "NO WAY". Kendra said "not a problem ... Cardinal's average time to close is 3 weeks". After making the decision to procure my mortgage through Cardinal, Kendra made sure I was informed every step of the way. I told her I was a natural worrier, especially with this being my first mortgage, so she even called to give me a heads up to expect a couple things coming down the pipe line and their was nothing to be alarmed about. She made the daunting process feel personal, which was a nice reassurance for my wife and I. One of my favorite things about this whole process was Cardinal's online 'document portal'. It was amazing and so seamless. Separate line items for each document needed, and you're able to just drag and drop the files. The Cardinal team is then able to review and process, and even send items back to you with notes if more detail or info is needed. This kept the entire process extremely organized, and I raved about it to some other friends going through the same thing. After all was said and done, we had the clear to close 7 days before our scheduled closing date ... Yes folks, Kendra held up to her 3 week average! Would highly recommend Kendra and Cardinal. One side note I would recommend to anyone working with Cardinal: there were a couple of times where I noticed some fees or charges change from one disclosure to the next, for no explainable reason. Kendra said sometimes the system is a little 'wonky', so we weren't sure why it was done. This is no reflection of Kendra whatsoever, she corrected those items immediately and without issue. Just make sure you're closely monitoring the disclosures from one to the next for changes.

This was my first time using Cardinal Financial and having Kendra as my loan agent for purchasing an investment property. Kendra was professional and always prompt on responding. She was patient with me during the time when we were still building the trust— she always provided the information that I asked for right away, she kept me on top of things, and she initiated actions to unblock anything that was in the way. Here’s an example of why I appreciate having Kendra on my team: the closing day was postponed and Kendra was on top of it right away, working with her team to help me get the closing day extended before I even asked for. She was managing the whole process (from pre-qualifying to closing) as a top A-player. I am glad she’s found me and played an important part of the property purchase. A few other notes on why this was a positive experience: 1. The number breakdowns and documents were well organized when presented to me. It was easy to consume. 2. The numbers were meeting my needs right from the beginning without the back-and-forth. 3. I was able to see the updates on any line item in real time in their document portal, which they highlighted in bold. 4. If the main contacts couldn’t respond right away, then the whole team jumps on. I was confused about a matter at one point, then I received calls immediately from two members who answered my questions.

I shopped around a bit before going with Kendra and Cardinal Financial but I can tell you that I couldn't have made a better choice. Not only did Kendra go above and beyond to get me the best rate possible, she took the time to get to know me and learn how to work with me best. On top of all that she is exteremely knowledgeable about the entire process, when I asked about new products she even went out and got certified to make sure I had the correct information. If you ever work with Cardinal Financial for your home loan I would ask for Kendra Lamanna.

I found Cardinal Financial online, which is generally not my style... within minutes of filling out my application, my phone was ringing and it was Kendra. The communication between the two of us was better than I could have wished for. Kendra was available via phone, text and email whenever I had a question. She was professional, curtious, and went out of her way to help me. Previously, I’ve made sacrifices in service for a lower rate, BUT with Kendra and Cardinal Financial, I received an extremely competitive rate and the quality service you’d expect from a mortgage professional. As a realtor in NY, Kendra is now my preferred lender! Look no further for yours!

Kendra is a rockstar! She helped my husband and me buy our first home. We knew absolutely nothing about the process, and Kendra was such a great resource. She took the time to explain the process to us upfront, and in words that my husband and I could understand. She was incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb or unnecessary question. She helped us understand the difference between a conventional loan and an FHA loan, and worked with us to determine which loan type was the best fit for our needs. When the appraisal came in lower than our contract price, she helped us figure out what to do so that we could still afford to buy. We never felt pressured, never like we were being sold to. Kendra was always available, even on a Sunday afternoon when we decided we just had to have that house and needed the paperwork drawn up ASAP. At the end of the day, the best way I can sum it up is to say that Kendra was a saint – an absolute pleasure to work with and a darn fine human to boot.

My fiancé and I purchased our first home in April of 2019. We worked with Kendra and her team from the initial pre qualification all the way through closing. I would highly recommend Kendra (I already have to two individuals), to individuals looking to purchase a home for the following reasons: She is quick in responding to any concerns, texts or emails, she is extremely knowledgeable, as a first time homebuyer she held our hand through the entire home buying experience and most importantly she was pleasant! Kendra Lamanna is a fantastic Loan agent. She was always available (nights and weekends!) and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. As soon as we provided the required documents, within minutes she sent us the pre-approval letter, which allowed us to quickly started looking for our house! Also, she showed lots of experience by giving us tips to optimize our debt to income ratio. Finally, she helped us to reduced our mortgage interest and monthly payments by reducing the down-payment amount! That is right!
