Apparently we were her first call in 2016 when she started (at least that’s the earliest email I have kept. There may be earlier on an old aol account). For one reason or another we always moved on until we could find the perfect house under the perfect circumstances. We could have moved on and searched for better deals on a loan when months or years would pass before something else would pique our interest. But, Kendra was always so personable, knowledgeable, helpful and patient that we would never looked elsewhere. July 2020 finally ended being the time when we signed a contract for a new construction. Thankfully the builder took on a construction loan of his own and we kept in touch with Kendra for the loan that we would pay the builder with, because the COVID pandemic made the build last 14 months on an 8 month contract. A closing date was always a shot in the dark with the way the world was now, so it was always hard to know when to activate the loan procedure. But Kendra was always there with all the info and options so we could make informed decisions on our own. Thankfully we closed at the end of September 2021, closing the chapter on her first client call. We couldn’t be happier with the way she shared our experience right along side of us. She truly is more than just a Loan Originator. And if not, then she sets the standard of what one should be.
