When I was told about Mike from Becca our amazing realtor, we had already been turned down for a home loan and we were feeling defeated. So when we first starting talking to Mike we didn't think this would go anywhere but we took a chance and I am so glad we did. From that first phone call to the very end Mike and his team have been absolutely outstanding! They were able to get us approved for our first home! As we started looking for homes Mike still stayed in touch and helped whenever he was needed! Once we found our home Mike and Garry work together on getting all of our stuff ready to close. I had alot of anxiety about everything leading up to close, I was so worried it would all fall apart. They were so patient with me and replied to every email and text to help calm my nerves! Once closing day finally arrived Mike came to the closing and helped support us through the whole closing process (which is not normal for a lender to do this). He then also gave us a beautiful Colorado sign that we could take photos in front of the house with and is now hanging in our beautiful new home! I can't thank Mike and his team enough! They made our dreams come true and we are now living in our beautiful new home ready to start our next chapter in our lives here in Colorado Springs! Thank you so much to the whole Oswald team!!

Pam was wonderful to work with. She was referred to my wife and I by our agent after going under contract with a home. At first we were a little apprehensive about switching lenders with less than 30 days before closing- but the decision became obvious the moment we sat down to talk with her. Transparency. That’s the key word when working with Pam. She walked us through every step of the lending process, explained in detail all of our options, how rates our determined, how different aspects of our credit report effects our loan. By the time we got our closing disclosure there were zero surprises- we knew exactly what to expect. And let’s not look over the fact that we were already set to close by the time we switched to New American Funding! Pam and her team were ON TOP OF IT when it came to gathering our documents and working with underwriting to get our loan cleared. They were fast, thorough, and easy to work with. We were in good hands the entire way through and I will absolutely be working with Pam again in the future should we need to refinance or even buy another home.

Working with Ryan was an absolute pleasure! He went above and beyond to help get our mutual client to the finish line, and I can confidently say he truly earned the business. Competing against three other lenders, Ryan stood out for his exceptional communication, professionalism, and dedication every step of the way.

Don Mencke made our home buying experience the easiest and most fun experience! There were not a lot of homes in our area to choose from with the specs and pricing I was looking for. Don was very patient with us as we waited for the perfect house to come on the market. IT did! Now I finally own a home again. The financing was easy and effortless! The experience as a whole was something I encourage anyone to do! Don will find a way to help with financing and more importantly help to decrease the amount of stress that home buying entails. I could not be more pleased!
