John worked extremely hard for my client when she couldn’t get approved by any lenders and he made what seemed impossible possible. Billy and his Loan Processor (Brian) were wonderful, however the undewriting process was a nightmare. I would recommend Billy and Brian and day, but not the company as a whole as underwiring was overly zealous, and not timely in their corresponding.
