Seth has been such an incredible resource during my home buying experience. He was always available for random questions during the process and explained everything in very easy to understand manner. When we got to closing, he brought examples of spam mail to look out for which was extremely helpful. Even after the close, he's been a constant resource for any questions I have had. I couldn't recommend Seth and his team at Guaranteed Rate more! Definitely hoping to work with him and his team again in the future.

I would 100% would recommend Viri and the new American funding team! She helped us successfully buy our first home! She goes through everything with you. I originally started out with a different loan officer at a different lending company. She took several weeks to get me absolutely no answers as to what I could afford. I missed out on multiple houses because of it. I got fed up and reached out to Jarad. He got in touch with me quickly to get the information he needed to run the numbers and he provided me with my price range within the day. I finally found a house, put the offer in, and Jarad and his team made it as smooth as possible for me throughout the purchasing process. Two weeks before the original closing date, I asked for a faster closing to make things easier on me with the timeline of my move. Jarad and his team moved mountains to make it happen, and I closed seven days later! I am forever grateful. Jarad is extremely talented at his job and he’s easier to get in touch with than probably any other contact in my phone. I’ve never had to wait long for a response from him. He will even shoot a text if I call and he is unable to answer to let me know he’ll call right back. If you are thinking about buying a home, he’s your guy!
