I don't think loan professor is the right title for John. I'd say he's a loan magician! I couldn't imagine having anyone else work with us throughout this process. It is still unbelievable how amazing John was and how much it felt like he cared. I don't have enough great things to say about him. He absolutely deserves more than he's making and I wish everyone had his abilities in communication and knowledge with the loan process. 100 stars!

I was Going through a time with so much uncertainty and they team made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything would be alright. They didn't pressure me and walked me through everything so I could understand what was going on. I work with customer service you can not train the people part of that service you either have it or you do not. And this team exudes it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
