I don't think loan professor is the right title for John. I'd say he's a loan magician! I couldn't imagine having anyone else work with us throughout this process. It is still unbelievable how amazing John was and how much it felt like he cared. I don't have enough great things to say about him. He absolutely deserves more than he's making and I wish everyone had his abilities in communication and knowledge with the loan process. 100 stars!

I was Going through a time with so much uncertainty and they team made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything would be alright.
