Very rarely do I have an escrow which goes as smoothly as the deals which I have done with Chacha. She is, by far, the most responsive, detailed, and dedicated loan consultants which I have ever worked with. My clients were at ease and understood every step of the loan process, and she even took the time to attend the signing appointment to answer any of the questions regarding loan documents. ALEX WAS VERY GOOD BUT YOUR OVERALL PROCESS NEEDS LOOKING INTO. Their is a communication flow issue within the company. The software you use needs tweaking. Overall I was pleased but their are process flow to look at.
