We had a truly wonderful experience working with Seth and his team at GR. The communication exceeded all expectations, the rate lock we got was aggressive and timely, and the process online made life so much easier for us. We had a really unique situation between a bridge loan and a few buyers who backed out unexpectedly, delaying the close with GR 3 different times.
