Daniel and his team are second to none. As a real estate agent, I have worked with many lenders over the last 20+ years. Buyers often only look at the rate they are quoted rather than the other equally important things a good lender does that both help them actually get the house they really want and follow through with honesty and integrity. The buying process can be very stressful and confusing, having a lender that is there to answer questions, keep you updated and inform you on items you might not even know to ask for makes a world of difference and can save you more than you expected.

Albin was incredible. I was a walk in to his office last year and we discussed my dream of home ownership. I was not able to purchase at that time, however, he gave me advice on what to do in order to qualify and he kept in contact with me to follow my progress and assist as needed. One year later, I closed on my first home! He was always available to assist, give advice, and answer questions. They also made sure I closed on time. So many companies would not even speak with me.
