Robert, Mandy, Amber, and The entire NAF team has been so incredible to work with! We could not be more grateful for their efficiency, expert advice, and for getting our deal done so quickly. We were in a panic after another lender dropped a major bombshell on us just days before we were expected to close. We lost a lot of faith and trust in this whole process until we connected with Robert and the NAF team. The process going through NAF was a complete night/day difference from our experience with the other lender. The NAF teams was not only able to pick up our loan and get a better rate than before, they also got the entire deal closed in just about two weeks! Deano and Kirt were some of the most friendly, effective, and responsive brokers I have ever worked with. They were able to waive my inspection and even conferred with my advisor so that I could make the best decisions regarding my refi. I think this company is terrific not just because they got me an amazing interest rate but because they are family owned and strive to help minority and under served communities. They don't answer to a big corporate bank but have the size, strength and flexibility to compete on the scale of a large national bank.
