Dan handled my mortgage when purchasing a house and I couldn't be happier. He monitored interest rates closely and timed locking in the lowest rate possible at the time. We worked with Dan to secure a mortgage on an investment property, and he couldn't have made it any easier. He was able to get us into a low rate loan and it was really stress free! His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process very easy. One of the things I liked the most, was he was very honest throughout the process, explaining what we could and couldn't do and showing us scenarios of each option he presented. It was great to have a guy with high integrity advise us on how to navigate a complicated process. I couldn't recommend him higher.

Found this bank through Nerd Wallet when I was considering refinancing. Rate given as shown on the site, the process was extremely fast and clear cut - all done on line until the closing day when we had to “live sign” papers. Worked with Chris Yerkes and he and the team were very responsive. I was surprised how quickly they would answer emails (like usually within 30 min!) Very happy customer!

I had a great experience with Kevin, our loan officer. I had worked with 2 other lenders prior and I couldn’t get answers to questions and they were difficult.
