We had an excellent experience with Brian and the NAF team. He helped run numbers for us quickly on several occasions, then proactively helped us rate lock when it was most advantageous. He helped us navigate an appraisal issue which delayed our closing, and made sure to keep us informed as the process unfolded. When the issue resolved and we were only a few days from our modified closing date, he rushed to finalize the loan and close on time.

Prior to choosing Robin for my loan I had called her based on a referral and I was blown away by her expertise but more importantly her honesty. I was looking to tap into my equity for my rental property and in my conversation with Robin from her professional stand point but more importantly from a moral and ethical stand point, she did not feel comfortable with guiding me towards a cash out refi since my current interest rate on my mortgage was so low. I have gone through the mortgage and refinance process multiples time but never has it been as efficient and seamless as this one. I remember reaching out to Robin late on a Friday afternoon and when we decided to proceed I never expected her to work past business hours, especially on a Friday to get my loan moving. We were able to close in exactly 3 weeks to the day. She has earned my business not only because of her efficiency by more so because of her honesty. I can not emphasize this enough, it is great to work with someone who genuinely has your best interest at heart. I can’t wait for interest rates to go down in the near future so I can work with Robin and her team once again.
