I’m very lucky that I found Cristina and her team at New American. Everyone involved was clearly highly skilled and experienced. Their flexibility compared to the company I was originally working with not only got me a better interest rate, but basically saved me $100,000 over the life of my loan by allowing me to leave $25,000 in my 401k that I would have had to use for closing funds otherwise.

Kelly Sullivan and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were knowledgeable about our interest rate and loan options. Not once did I feel rushed while interacting with anyone from those ladies. This is my 2nd home purchase and it was by far the most pleasurable experience with purchasing especially something as permanent as a home. Just when I wanted to give up Kelly stepped in to figure things out with the closing attorney and most likely prevented a stroke i was so stressed. I am forever thankful for Kelly and her team. Kelley was outstanding, from my first call to her, she handled by situation (which was called difficult by other lenders) with care. She was able to get us qualified quickly without any hassles and had the lowest interest rate as well! Anything we asked for, she was able to do it and her team was an absolute JOY as well.
