The team at Cardinal made the lending process smooth and easy from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and communicated through the whole process - email, texts, calls, etc. With the very fast paced housing market of today, they were able to quickly provide approvals to help allow us to make offers. Once we were in closing they were on top of communication and it was very easy to use their website. Would recommend and likely use for refinancing in future
