Can I give 6 Stars?? I initially received a letter in the mail extolling the benefits of a refinance due to the decrease in mortgage insurance rates. I called on a whim and lucky enough I ended up working with Salvatore Rizzolo. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and was there to answer any and all questions I had throughout the process. (And I had a lot!) I am normally a person that prefers to deal with a local lender. I can be skeptical of those I am not working face to face with. However, Sal won me over and certainly gained my trust. My refi was incredibly smooth and closed in a matter of weeks. I am extremely happy with the service that United Mortgage, and most importantly, Sal, provided. I would highly recommend asking for Sal directly! He is so friendly, it's not often you would add your mortgage lender to your Christmas card list!

Sal handled our mortgage when we bought our first home in December of 2017. He always made sure to thoroughly explain everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on. I was referred to Sal by a family member and had an initial conversation with him when starting to apply for a mortgage. My wife insisted that we use our commercial Bank which we have accounts with. After three days of radio silence and no call backs, we came to our senses and parted ways with. I called Sal at Cardinal back and started the process immediately. We signed contracts on 6/11 and closed on 7/10!!! Communication was flawless, service was better than I could ever expect. Sal moves as fast as I did and my loan was ready and waiting for title to catch up. Closing cost was slightly lower than my original estimate from cardinal which was great. No surprises. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
