Robert and Crystal were both amazing. They helped make purchasing my first home completely seamless. They were both ultra-communicative, responsive, and even shared in my excitement! Was apprehensive about all the unknowns, but they coached me through and helped me understand how it worked, when to expect next steps, and how to prepare so everything could move quickly.
