We needed to close in less than 30 days, Donna did this within 20 days! (not business days, calendar days!). She could even do things faster but it was not needed. Besides fast, Donna is super nice and very responsive, every question we had was responded quickly and thoroughly. It was also clear Donna is on top of all issues and communicated well with the agents. We would definitely use Donna for future purchases.

My wife and I recently refinanced our home loan with Donna from an FHA loan to conventional loan. Our hope was that we could remove the costly insurance and receive cash back to do some necessary home repairs we wouldn’t otherwise have the means to do so. Donna is awesome! She was incredibly helpful and explained multiple options for us. She was responsive nights and weekends and answered all our questions. It’s so important to feel you have someone looking out for your best interest and there’s no doubt Donna had ours. With the equity we had in our home, we took care of major home repairs, paid off credit card debt and a car loan. I’d recommend anyone looking for a home loan, or to refinance to work with Donna! She is knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and will take the time to explain every step of the process.

I have worked with Donna on numerous mortgage transactions including 3 new home purchases and countless re-finances for almost 20 years.
