We are so thankful for the quality of help and guidance that Rachel and entire Benchmark Team provided! Relocating from the west coast to a new community, to a city we only visited for a few hours, was a daunting process. However, our Rachel made the process seamless. The quality of responsiveness, attentiveness and enthusiasm was unmatched. It was an easy decision for us to choose Benchmark! I loved the videos, the quick responses via text, phone and email. We are first time buyers, but never were made to feel stupid or left in the dark. Each step was so clear, and honestly having people who were so enthusiastic for us, and encouraging really made us feel welcomed to Omaha and helped us feel like we made the right choice.
