Working with Rachel and the rest of the benchmark team was a blast! They were always there for my wife and myself answering any questions by text, email, and phone calls. If they didn’t get back to you right away they eventually did within the same day or the next day. They’re always professional and on top of things. They made the whole process of buying house a cake walk and less stressful for us. I highly recommend working with them.

Rachel and her team were amazing to work with. Started the process online and she walked us through exactly what price point we should be looking at during this hard housing market to not be house poor. She configured the numbers for us at the different options we had to see which would be the best for our circumstances. Start to finish was great sent the documents early for me to review and explained whatever my fiancé needed as he was new to the process. I would recommend her tag team with Brittany to anyone.

Not my first home purchase and got burned by a banker wanting to play golf more than help with my loan. Rachel and her staff totally exceeded my expectations.
