We used Rachel for our first two houses. The first house we were very nervous and not sure what it all detailed. Rachel kept us on track and made everything such a smooth process! When we bought our next house everything happened extremely fast and was very stressful. One thing we didn't have to worry about was the loan. Rachel was quick to respond and also let us know everything we needed to get done in a timely manner. Hopefully we wont be buying another house anytime soon, but if we did Rachel would be the one handling our loan. Working with Rachel felt like working with a close family friend that we have known for years. I would highly recommend her to any future home buyers. Especially people purchasing their first home.

We worked with Rachel to buy our first home, and I can't imagine a more smooth process! Rachel was in contact with our realtor throughout the process and was always timely in our communication (even in the evenings!). Rachel provided updates throughout the process to let us know what was happening in the loan process and answer any questions that we had.
